today I read a line from John Stuart Mill in my course in Gender science, the founder of the Liberalism ideology in defence of the women’s rights, which really inspired me.
it goes like this:
"I don’t want to state that every wife normally isn’t treated better than salves, but no slave is as enslaved or unfree in such extent as a wife is"

well Mill did not treat his own wife very well. all that support and no recognition. did you know that she most likely wrote many of his pieces.He took the credit though. Should not Mill live like he preaches.

will you now say that: one should not be too critical that it discourages people from trying.
